The piece in question, &#8220;Year of the Rooster&#8221; was not reproduced in the article (!), so here it is. The Latin on the scroll reads: &#8220;The World Wishes to be Deceived&#8221; (Thank you, James Branch Cabell), which is really what the piece is about, more than just Trump per se.
